Located about one hour from Can Tho City, Lung Ngoc Hoang is a 2,800-hectare protected wetland and forest area. It is one of Can Tho’s hidden natural treasures, perfect for travelers who want to experience the true Mekong Delta beyond the busy floating markets.

Boat trip through the wetland forest
Enjoy a peaceful boat ride through untouched canals surrounded by lush green forest. This is one of the best ways to discover the natural beauty of the Mekong Delta, offering a quiet and authentic experience unlike anywhere else in Vietnam.

Observation tower
Climb the 25-meter observation tower for a panoramic view of the wetland forest and seasonal rice fields. The scenery changes throughout the year and is especially beautiful during harvest season.

Nature walk or boat return
Take a light and easy nature walk of around 1.2 km on flat paths through the forest. If you prefer not to walk, you can return by boat instead.

Traditional Bamboo Weaving Village

Visit a traditional bamboo weaving village, where local families have been making bamboo and rattan handicrafts for hundreds of years. You can see how everyday items are carefully handcrafted using traditional techniques passed down through generations. If you wish, you may also try weaving together with local artisans and enjoy a hands-on cultural experience.

The tour finishes in Can Tho City at 12:00 PM / 14:00 PM or 6:00 PM, depending on your chosen option. The ending time may vary slightly due to sightseeing duration and traffic.
