The first day: Ho Chi Minh City

Pick-up at 8:00 A.M at hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

Go to traditional market in Can Tho at 11:30 A.M

Go to traditional market to buy materials for the cooking class (for lunch and dinner)
Depend on your diet we will choose the suitable foods for you.

The home at countryside from 12:00 to 19:00

Learn cooking and have lunch at a local family (my parent’s home in the countryside)
Take a nap with hammock and relax at our home in the countryside
Ride the boat to rice fields, fruit garden
Go around the countryside to experience countryside’s life: small coffee store, see rice mill, distillery visit local pagoda
Prepare for dinner in the village

The second day: Chau Doc and Tra Su forest

Departure time at 8:00 a.m to Chau Doc
Visiting places : Ba Chua Xu, Tay An pagoda, Lang Thoai Ngoc Hau
Explore Tra Su Cajuput Forest : firstly we take the local speedy boat cruising along small channels then move to rowing sampan boat peacefully weaving in the middle of forest….
Have lunch at restaurant inside the forest
Come back Can Tho and free time in the afternoon

The third day: Explore Cai Rang Floating Market at 5:30 A.M

Visit the Cai Rang floating market
Enjoy breakfast in floating market.
Visit on the boat of local people.
